I paid for the order, and they accepted.. then they said there is wrong in the application and there is no option to return my money, also i went to the pharmacy and i show him the pics for the payment and he refuses to collaborate with me, and I tried to calling them in the app and they said again we can’t do anything just wait 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂.

I placed an order last Friday 25th of February it is now Saturday 5th of March and I have not got any response about my order! I first reached out to customer support through the app chat and the response I got is “we called you but you didn’t answer” when I said yes you called one time and when I called back it said “unable to place the call at this time please try again later” so I told the customer support you should have called again and again if someone has made a payment to you you are required to call more than one time to properly fulfill your duty! What was the response? NONE. Disappeared. I tried the chat again second time no one even bothered to give an update on my order and I asked will it be delivered or not. NO REPLY. Just silence. Then I called the customer support number one female employee picked up and canceled the call within seconds so there was no communication. Second time I called a male employee picked up, asked for my order number then said please wait a few minutes after 3 minutes the call was also canceled and I was asked to rate the customer service representative of course both calls I rated them at 1 (which is the lowest). Then I sent an email and it says undeliverable means they’ve provided the wrong email! Al Dawaa app is USELESS! Don’t download it! You should use Al Nahdi! Al Dawaa can never be Al Nahdi!!!!

طلبت كرسي متحرك ليتم إيصاله إلى مقر سكني وكان يجب أن يصل الكرسي خلال ساعتيْن.. جاء المندوب ولكن الطريق كانت مغلقة فقال لي أنه سيعود لاحقًا ولم يأت.. اتصلت بالصيدلية تسع مرات ولم يتعاونوا معي.. اتصلت بهم مجددًا اليوم فقيل لي أن الطلب قد ألغي ولم يعيدوا لي المبلغ المدفوع عبر التطبيق.I ordered a wheelchair which was supposed to be delivered within 2 hours. The driver came during prayer time but the roads were closed, so he said that he will come later but he did not. I, then, called the customer service 9 times but they did not cooperate. They eventually said that they canceled the order! (Without me asking them to cancel it!) AND they did not refund me!J'ai commandé un fauteuil roulant. Le chauffeur est venu pendant l'heure de la prière mais les routes étaient fermées, alors il a dit qu'il viendrait plus tard mais il ne l'a pas fait. J'ai ensuite appelé le service client 9 fois mais ils n'ont pas coopéré. Ils ont finalement dit qu'ils avaient annulé l’order! ET ils ne m'ont pas remboursé !

My order was out for delivery for over 4hrs. No message from driver. I contact al dawaa to ask when it will be delivered. After 21 minutes, i had to tell my order number 5 times, please i sent an attachment of my order. He just kept saying it will be delivered. I asked for him to contact the driver as it is now after midnight, i am sick and need sleep. He just kept not answering me. So i cancel my order. I asked 5 times then will my refund go back to bank. Finally he says 7_14 days.... how bad is that! Such bad service when all i wanted was him to ring the driver and find out how long... now i have to wait up to 14 business days for my money back
