The helpers are neatly dressed and hardworking. The service from the MATIC team is efficient in sending reminders to customers and following up on work performance. I highly recommend this service to others. One minor request is to update the app with the option of the customer to be able to change their contact phone number. This will help if the main person is away and the Driver will still be able to contact a reachable number. Thanks

I used to purchase a package on my own, choose the maid I want, and pay directly from my phone with no headaches. A woman named ‘ZUHOOR’ insisted that I book through her. I assumed it’s because she takes a commission, so I wanted to do good, and as a result, I had to enter my card details to the app, just so I can add to the balance to the wallet for her to withdraw it.After that, When I asked if the maid I want is available before I pay, she would confirm her availability, and send me a 3-month schedule with the maid’s name, then send me random ones. I got frustrated after several feedbacks and asked to cancel my subscription that still had 10 visits remaining. She refused to refund me and said you can only add it as a balance in the wallet, and Never added anything to it. She stopped responding to my messages immediately until I threatened to issue a complaint to the ministry. She added the balance, but then blocked my profile on the app so I can’t book anything on my own. I contacted her again several times, no response. I contacted the office and they told me they will resolve it, nothing. Then they said I should contact a representative every single time I want to book a maid. Now when I ask for a maid. She says she doesn’t have what I’m looking for. Don’t even think of dealing with them. I am now with Al-Muttahida Company and their customer experience is very very good.

I used to be a customer in the past the service was good, but nowadays it’s very poor and you may feel like it’s a scam to just take your money be alleging “you didn’t reply to a call from the driver” !!!They are not flexible with customer at all, even-though with an old customer like me. Just yesterday I had a scheduled visit, and it was cancelled form the company side. So they took the fees and didn’t provide me the service, alleging that I didn’t respond to a driver that I don’t even know! After half an hour I tried to search for the company number to call, but unfortunately I could find any number. I used the very poor “chat service” on the application and it kept requesting to enter my mobile number for so many times and you can’t get a proper response. And finally they told me the visit is cancelled and I can’t get my money back as a no-show!So basically, I did not get the service i paid for. I don't recommend to deal with them as it is obviously are not flexible with customer and they don't care about your time not to forget their app customer care is suspicious and weird i felt I am dealing with scam. I will never use them again.

The cleaners are good and professionals, the application is easy to use.The only downside that I wish it could be fixed is the 2 hours window. When I book from 5-9 I cannot be at home from 4-10. I ordered team of two and one of them arrived at 4 while I was at work and rushed home explaining to her I was on the way but she left anyway saying we don’t wait for more than 10 minutes. The other worker came at 5:45 and left 9:45. I cannot wait all day for cleaners, and when I order two cleaners I expect them to work at the sometime. Lastly I wish to have a 30 minutes window identified and communicated to me at the start of the day to plan my return home.
