I bought a nail service from the application, and I was waiting for them to come but suddenly I discovered from a person that I do not know that they went to their house and did the service as a gift, even though I booked this service for myself!!! Really??? Are you kidding me?? How does this happen? I mean I paid for the service to my own apartment and they went to the wrong place and person!

ابدا ما انصحكم تتعاملو معاهم، طلبت خدمة اظافر عن طريق التطبيق و فجأة اكتشف انه وحدة مكلمتني تقول انه راحو عندها يسوو الخدمة اللي انا طالبتها و انه فكرتها هدية و انا بالاساس طالبتها لعنواني و برقم جوالي و خدمة لي انا و ليست هدية!!!! كيف يصير شي زي كذا ما اعرف صراحة!! ابداً ما تستاهلون احد يتعامل معاكم

Very disappointed. I booked a service one month ago and paid for it but they didn’t come to give me the service. I tried to call multiple times with no response and finally when they responded I was promised to get my money back and have the service for free. I again booked an appointment today and the same thing happened, no one came and no response at all. Also, I still didn’t get my money back.

They take your money and dont show up , they go to different location and change the one you put in the app to make it look like its ur fault and they cancel without apologizing or even calling or answering your calls,
Disrespectful , unprofessional and won’t recommend them to anyone
