Delayed Delivery
Delivery is not as they mention during shipment booking.. During booking they mentioned 2-3 days but delivered after a week or more
Package Delay: 5 Weeks 2 Days
This was my first time using this RedBox US Address service. Literally the worst delivery experience I ever encountered, and I order A LOT of things online. Will return to my previous SPL ALAMI because Redbox CANNOT be trusted. Will not recommend to anyone. Took my package 5 weeks and 2 days to finally arrive. Support and customer service is so bad, my 10 year-old daughter could do better. Not a single soul answered the phone when calling support, and they take FOREVER to reply to E-Mails, had to send reminders to make them take a look and solve the delay issue, otherwise the package would’ve been just sitting there.
Fraud company
Very disgusting and fraud company I book a parcel one month two days finish today they will cancel without any reason and when I report nothing response this company and they said under 14 days your money will receive you today 24 days is finish but I can’t receive my money and this company was very liar. This company delivery boy is open my box and he eat my things and the company said the wrong customer will open it no one order this company please this is fraud
