- الدخول لخدمة الانترنت البنكيه نسخة الأجهزة الذكية (فلكس تاتش) اينما كنت: الدخول لهذه الخدمة يكون عبر إستخدام اسم المستخدم و كلمة المرور الخاصة بخدمة الانترنت البنكية. بامكانك تنفيذ جميع العمليات البنكيه فوراً. و في حال لم تكن مسجلا بامكانك اتباع الخطوات الموضحة بعد الضغط على أيقونة الدخول.

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) is pleased to introduce its new hybrid application that allows you to access the entire range of Internet Banking services via your smart device.
Furthermore non SAIB customers can install this application and benefit its additional functionalities.
SAIB customers’ application services:
- Login to your online mobile banking (FLEXX TOUCH): You can login via your existing online banking user credentials. You can perform any banking operation or transaction instantaneously. However, if you are not already registered, you can simply follow the steps on the registration page.

Outdated and Poorly Designed Banking App
This banking app feels like it was designed over a decade ago. The interface is outdated, unintuitive, and lacks modern features expected in banking apps today. Navigation is cumbersome, and the overall experience is frustrating. It desperately needs a complete redesign and upgrade to meet current usability and security standards. For a service this important, a much higher level of functionality and design is expected.
Huge room for improvement
-The app logs you out for no reason
-Does not show real-time data, balances take few hours to reconcile and show the accurate amounts
-notifications are sent few hours later after the transaction
I’m seriously considering switching to another bank because of the app
Disappointing
The app needs a lot of development. Why would it take days to add a new device? Specially when you’re traveling. Also the app doesn’t work outside of Saudi Arabia, it puts you in more difficult situations when you urgently need it.
