- Secured storing of your bill account details after each successful payment under “My Favourites” for easy retrieval and payment next time (requires activation of passcode).
- Conveniently track and retrieve all your past payment history conveniently under “History”.
- Receive e-mail receipt (eReceipt) of all your successful transactions.
- Reminder services for bills payment based on your past payment timing on AXS app.
- Reminder services for telco prepaid SIM card based on the expiry date of your last top-up on AXS app.
- Access a one-stop service for your motoring needs, including accessing your vehicle related details and to set reminders for fines, season parking, road tax, insurance, inspection and servicing.
- Store your information and digital documents such as insurance policies, statements, warranties, subscriptions locally on your device (requires activation of passcode) under "My Vault".

Reinstalling the app and loss of all previous data
Hi,
The app works fine all this while until it starts having error when paying bills and it doesn’t go through. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled using the same email address.
Can you store the person data so that each time I don’t have to key in all my bills and details and cards and I’ve lost all the previous bills records till date. This is the 2nd time this is happening, in the back end can you guys do something to save the info so the user doesn’t have to start from scratch. So frustrating

Able to add cargo clearance permit payment and other missing modules?
I’m using the app for my personal payments. Even converted some of the older colleagues to use app instead of going to AXS Kiosk.
But recently, I need to use this app to help my boss pay for cargo clearance permit to Nparks after they took over from AVA and ended the giro arrangement. While in the process of waiting for giro approval, I have to find a kiosk to pay everytime a new shipment arrives. It is very troublesome. Will appreciate if this module can be added. I also notice some modules on axs kiosk not available on e-service as well. Don’t understand why the functions are not uniformed in different platform.

Fast and seamless transactions
Been using this app for a few years now. Seen it evolve from a kinky app to the latest version which allows me to clear my monthly payment transactions in a matter of seconds.
First started using because of the ability to skip queues.
Now, my lastest 'pet' in this app would be the list of favourite transactions - saved me the trouble of searching around your large network of billing types and organisations etc every month. With this list, I can just select the bill I want to pay (eg telco monthly subscription bill) and pay. Viola! Transaction done in less than 10 seconds.
