We are advised to download the app way before 1st practical lesson so that we can check the allocated training car number 10 mins before attending the practical lesson. But how can I check when the App doesn’t even open up!? I had thought it was due to me not downloading the latest iOS but still doesn’t open even after upgrading. HOPELESS App & wasting everyone’s time.

Booking and Cancellation shows “Coming soon”, no booking today. Will test out when my practical booking comes. Disappointed. Maybe the briefing personnel can inform students that the app is still working on some features, told us to download when we can only advance book 4-5months later practical training slots.

It’s an ok app, save us from the hassle to go down to the station to get a physical booking slip. It does what it is meant for. Would be good if it will show us all our bookings. Guess it is meant for future implementation together with cancellations. So far so good. Keep up the good job bbdc

Have you ever think of seating down with the management and team to really think about improving this application? If not better remove this application as it’s not helping user but in exchange for a bad name and how people look at BBDC.
