Hilariously poorly designed app
This app looks like it’s been hobbled together one afternoon by some high school interns:
1. No way to check your active order.
2. No way to see the details of your order history.
3. Many pages have no back button. I get into a page to check the description of the drink and I can’t go back to see the menu without restarting the app. Same thing happens at the check out page.
4. Icing on the cake: the med sized drink, which is smaller than the original sized drink, costs more. I paid more thinking I was gonna get the biggest size but ended up with the smaller drink 🤯
Unable to log in and bad customer service
I’m unable to log in with my usual password and was told to delete and reinstall the app with the new password from the team. I’ve tried doing it 3-4 times but still unable to log in. The support team on IG DM MIAed me after. (:
Sign up
I am unable to sign up. After filling in the details, when i click sign up, the screen goes blank. I need to restart the app and go back in and try to sign up again. But failed multiple times.
