Useful but may fail on you
Recently, and on and off, the app doesn’t load the payment page.
Also, been wanting to get a physical card for my mum to use. 2 stores told me I can top up and purchase a card to link to my account.
But, when I wanted to purchase the card at the 3rd store. They’re unaware of this function.
Could we add on this function to the app?
Unstable App
Lost count number of occasions I’ve not been able to use the app despite having credits inside. End up having to pay full price for drinks instead, which is no savings at all. Often it logs out itself despite choosing ‘remember me’ settings. When I showed the counter staff the app message that states “service is not available currently” for either login or forgot password, staff replied app is unstable and I’m not the only customer complaining. Hours later, the app ‘miraculously’ worked again. It’s pointless to top up the app credits if customers constantly face such issues utilizing the app.
Wrong priority for tab at home page
After the new update, the new apps seems to be less intuitive than the previous.
Moreover, the Kopi voucher tabs which will be frequently access is hidden inside the ‘more’ options. The creator of this apps need to understand how the user will use it.
Also when typing the message at the comment field, the keyboard will totally block the message box.
Please improve or at least make it more intuitive for daily users. Tx
