Description
The CDG Zig Driver App allows ComfortDelGro cabbies and private-hire car drivers to bid for Current Jobs via iPhone.
Main Functions
Jobs:
- Allows cabbies to toggle between being “Ready” to accept booking jobs or being “Busy”.
History:
- Displays a daily and weekly summary of completed jobs bid through the CDG Zig Driver App and/or MDT.
- Allows cabbies and private-hire car drivers to view and track their completed trips in greater detail.
Profile:
- Allows cabbies to update their particulars including their email address, mobile number & App password.
Feedback:
- Allows cabbies to send feedback or enquiries to our Driver Relations Officers (DROs).
System Requirements:
- The CDG Zig Driver App runs on OS versions 14 and above. Features within this app may vary according to different OS versions and phone models.
Note: Continued use of GPS in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Auto log out
After update the app, it became more trouble to me.
The app auto log out once you go to other app in minute, when you go back to the CDG driver app you need to log in again and again after you complete the trip.
Last version do not have this problem, the app will only close when we log out, now it close automatically when you go to other app in a minute.
It mean after we log in to the app we are not able to go to other app, if you do so the CDG app will log out when you come back to the app after a few second.
Very very very poor IT job
1) when job come in and be4 we get to read it follow with a msg “oops jobs had being cancelled “ at list 15X a day 2) finally get to bid a job and follow by a msg you accepted the job… ( normal) after clicking the “ok” button it kept appearing again n again 3) when job accepted app will turn busy “ normal “ but will not go to waiting for job after completion of last job. 4) cannot log out to save battery when job accepted 5) know notification tone that result drivers always bid wrongly( stupid idea ) 6) the lower portion of the front page is too bright for night driver’s ( another stupid idea) like to add another issue, no pickup timing for advance booking how to judge whether to bid or not always need to call in for cancellation ( stupid idea )
Display will randomly dim itself
Hi,
This app will randomly dim the screen in the ‘Jobs’ screen, and it’s quite distracting/dangerous to constantly tap the screen while driving.
Are your technical guys able to try to fix this issue? Tyia
