Frustrating App
The app keeps removing data after every use, so every time you want to use the app at the counter, you end up having to rekey in all your information to use it, which does not work well on a busy counter.
Yet you expect your elderly staff who are not tech savvy to use this, and give them no recourse by deactivating their physical card..
Never seen an app so bad
Issues with OTP, barcode never works. Basically doesn’t do what it’s intended to do. The app only has one feature and it’s not working. Nobody bothers to fix it. Would give zero stars if I can.
Unable to register
I am not able to register for the app even though my HR has sent multiple emails to Dairy Farm.
