Very buggy and laggy app

The design of the app is simple to understand, however the app was not optimize for a better user experience.

Things like saving a draft copy of the claim was not included, the app reset your selection if you forgot to select one of the dropdown list above, there is no setting to save the gp or sp clinic as default resulting the user having to key in the provider everytime, there is no alert or warning when the app auto close due to inactivity as user have to go back and forth to eyeball and key in the details, if the visit is to specialist the app should allow the use of previous specialist visit information as the basic information without any attachment and let the user change the date and upload new attachment.

Functions are problematic

What’s the point of having this app when it’s not even efficient. What I meant by efficient is, it’s really buggy and I tried using in different iOS/iphone model and there different problems. I find the app compatibility very inconsistent. I’m using iphone 7 and the problem is when I wanted to check the clinic through the pin at the specific area, there’s no pop out of the information for the clinic. For iphone 10 max, the UI is very poorly designed because of the buggy search engine that keeps on popping out unnecessarily. This are just a few of the problems. Please look into this. Very disappointing.

Worst experience with Fullerton

Bad staff at Fullerton Ocean financial center, after consulting the doctor, the doctor asked me to wait for the testing and said they will call me, I wait for like two hours and they never response, then I asked the staff twice, the staff said will check for me but never do anything, they ended up never arrange the testing for me, bad experience
