its such an amazing app. i can now put my money into savings especially when i can divide my money into different folders. However i feel that the app could improve if there was a way for us to deposit cash into our account instead of having our money being put into the account from someone through bank transfer/ paynow. Upon signing in, should have a notice to wheather we would want the card or not as it had honestly made me panicked as at first i only wanted to explore the app. There should also be some explanation about what paynow is, how to use bank transfer and basic knowledge about online banking in general as it is probably new to most of the users considering the app is targeted to the younger population.

such a scam!

Made the whole get community wait 8 months until their issue to be resolved, didn’t mind waiting ngl, after waiting they improved their app and everything it was very lovely until they started charging people to use the app, you need to pay $60 to use their credit cards to add on I had to pay an additional $15 to get a new card just cause they said I had to pay $15 to receive their new and improved card and now they expect me to pay another $60 to use their account and whatever parent-child account honestly such a scam, if u were a pre-existing member they won’t even let you use the app and the money inside your account is stuck there until u “activate” your membership it was not like that last year ! Extremely disappointed now cause I can’t even withdraw money from my account as everything is on hold and the customer service isn’t replying me, extremely disappointed with this app and should have listened when everyone said it was a scam.

cant even transfer money back to myself. how annoying. its been 4 MONTHS. not weeks, not days and the card still cannot be used. must u really do this to innocent people? just taking and sucking up all our money? teenagers just want a debit card so we can stop asking parents to buy things for us. i cant imagine what it must be like for those who have $100++ in their accounts to just have it frozen. i cannot believe that you would do something as despicable as this. as for you to be with visa and make u seem credible is simply insulting. "sg no 1 account and card for teens" more like sg no 1 teenage scammers. u are no different from investment companies who say that there and many benefits and money growing, then end up skipping town. im actually surprised no one has made the police report yet. and to those here reading, please lower their rating and prevent anyone else from become victims of this horrible scam! currently at a 3.9 rating. not low enough.
