1. Install the Healthway Medical App and register an account
2. Select "Video Consultation" and select which doctor your would like to speak to
3. Consult with your doctor. (If you have booked an appointment, you will receive a reminder 15 minutes ahead of time)
4. Make payment and your medication will be delivered to you

Fantastic experience!
Although I was rather nervous to receive the link 15mins before the schedule timing. But all documents are easy to understand. Fun part with the e-check in to do clinic. The person named Danish (hopefully I got it correctly), he is friendly and patience to explain and guide me along. Whole process is done within 20mins. Best thing is my result is very negative. Received my MOH sms almost immediately and notarized cert will be after 1 hour. Great!!!

Location Permission Issue
I can’t make any appointment due to a silly but important issue: location permission. While this app never requests for location permission (so technically we can’t provide it), an error keeps popping-up everytime I try to make an appointment, “Please enable location services to see online doctors”. I really want to give the app the access to my location, but the app itself never requests it. It asks only access to camera/video. Already checked my iOS setting’s location services, but this app doesn’t appear in the list of apps asking for location services, so again, we can’t give it the access.
