Ratings and Reviews
Good rates, bad interface
The rates are good but they need to do something about the app because it’s so laggy and the amount in the wallet does not update as fast. The latest issue is it keeps telling me I can’t connect to server and it doesn’t show my currencies in the app and i got logged out. Despite using both WiFi or data….. 🌚
Pointless App
I made a transaction at ichange to collect the foreign currency at the money changer. After making the payment for half an hour, it’s still under pending. In the end I approach the money changer and they told me they don’t have physical foreign currency. Separately I told my wife to check with them and they do have it. So the money changer just don’t want to honor the deal. In the end they told me the deal will auto cancel and refund back to me. So what’s the point of having this app? I paid with paynow, after the cancellation the money is transfer back to the ichange wallet with no means to transfer out to local bank account. So beware users. YouTrip, amaze or revolut and do a much better job then them with peaks too. Also non existent customer service
Ichange refused to reply me on the refund from merchant
I made a purchase with Klook using USD in iChange app. As Klook had to refund me due to a tour cancellation from their end, the refund has to be made back to iChange card. It has been 2 weeks, I have been chasing and chasing through email, WhatsApp and calls, I recieved not received even a single reply. I even attached the remittance payment from Klook, and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge on this issue. Therefore, my refund is held by iChange. Please don’t use this app if your merchant needs to refund any amount.
