Frustrating to use!!!!

I look up for information for my flights and to shop for duty free stuffs but it seems to load slowly and not user friendly. It never even gives hint that it’s loading! It just shuts me out! Such bad interface ! I thought for such a big and world class company it should provide a much better experience whether in shopping or looking for information online. Very frustrating to use! Pls develop your app better for a better customersentric experience!

网页设计

之前我常使用贵网页来查询有关班机状况，网页很直接的出现我要的查询，至少这个网页是给有需要知道航班的资讯，现在这个网页一开始就出现很多有关机场的活动资讯，我需要华点时间去找航班查询，而且有几次出现资讯错误error, 不知是否可简化主页的页面设计，让那些要去除了航班查询之外有关机场的好去处有一个主要的选择点，在点击那个点之后才出现那些与航班无关的信息，这样如果只想查询航班资料就简单多了，希望这个小小建议能帮助真正要查询航班的人有个简单方便易懂的网页。谢谢

Apps always not loading

This has happened too many times at the airport when I was trying to use the app to scan for my rewards or to join the draw. The app just kept showing it is loading but not getting to the QR. i was once told by the Bengawan Solo shop staff to delete and reload the apps, it worked once and never again, it was troublesome to do so, too. That was after standing in the shop for like 15 mins. Happened again when I tried to pay for TWG and DFS and other shops. It was like they didnt want to give you the points or letting u join the draw. Had tried both data network or airport wifi. Had to hold up the queue while trying to make the apps work, its frustrating!
