I was going to view my camera which I bought and installed 3 days ago but encountered “maximum user reached” and couldn’t view the camera scenes. So, The support asked me to change password and reinstall in order to troubleshoot further if it happens again.There is no way to check whether there was a breach he said.How can maximum user has reached when I am the only user and I didn’t share password. Besides, I am accessing via only one device.What are the chances that I view at the same time as another user?

1) If I had know this has no slot for SD card, I would not have bought. Why should I pay for cloud? In the end, it becomes very expensive for such backward device. (Easy to set up.) In the market, so many cheap recording devices that can be used for years without payment. 2) Why does it making super loud beep or make funny noises fm my Handphone????? Seow right? We were inside car fiddling with this app, my hp suddenly gave a loud sound, (device not with us) and my hubby had to do emergency brake. He thought something happened to the car or we hit something. We can die of heart attack!!!! 3) why must we always tap on the screen to watch? Eye4 most of the time don’t need us to tap on monitors. 4) useless alert videos, I watched its saved videos and the ones I wanted to watch always have cartwheels!!! Those I don’t want to watch are there perfectly. Buy only when u have lots of hair and time to wait. More for kids to monitor.

The app looks pretty and after some initial confusion I am getting used to it. A few things however:1 I have to ack the Terms and Conditions every time I log in! As the last reviewer said, please make that stop!!!2. Earlier I got a lot of “device such and such was disconnected” type messages. There doesn’t seem to be a convenient way to check for a firmware upgrade and force execute one. I had to set a time AND the 15 minute reminder, just setting the next possible time slot was not enough. 3. Finally why are there so many apps which all seem to do the same. There is mydlink home, there is mydlink, mydlink lite etc. etc. mydlink home prompted me to upgrade the firmware of my DSP-W115 plugs, however when clicking on the plugs in the app the apps tells me I should be in the same wifi. I thought I was, but hey, what do I know4. On that note, I noticed my SSID showed up more than once during initial configuration. I suspect this is due to dual broadcast in the 2.4 and 5GHz spectrums. It would be helpful to provide additional info, I merely went with the best signal strength (Note: this is NOT a mesh or boosted Wifi, but a single dual channel AP).If those issues get sorted I’ll be happy with the plugs and app as a solution over all!

This app is good and easy to use. Just some of the feature offer by others doesn’t have it here. E.g. Alarm with siren. After using mydlink app with my DCS-8526lh for 2 days, I notice a few features should improve on next software update:1) There is no way for us to set storage recording resolution between 720p or 1080p. Technical Support told me default is 1080p can’t set it. This is important especially for those only put in smaller capacity e.g 16Gb MicroSD card, if set it to 720p smaller resolution can record more and longer.2) Viewing Max resolution selection. Whenever go into the app, it will show in 720p even though already set multiple times to 1080p. This mean the camera will not save the setting of the resolution? Please kindly improve on this also for the next app update3) Since the camera have the speaker built in, please kindly add a Siren/alarm feature that can choose “police siren” or “dog barking” button that can send over from the apps to the IP camera speaker for alerting sound. Please kindly consider this add on feature as other brand have it.Thank you and kindly consider the 3 points suggestion
