App Feedback

Firstly, great product with a great app. Would be even better if the app is able to show the mobile number of the inserted SIM card.

7200 User ,

Version 1.4.18 & 1.4.19

After updating to either versions, the app lost the ability to indicate which actual local carrier when roaming my 7200 is connected to but, showing always only my SIMM card issuer telco. This is very bad because when roaming we need to know that we are connected to the specific local telco in order to ensure we are not going to get high roaming charges if connected outside of our data plan. Also, sometimes there is no indication of if we are connected to a 3G or a 4G network. Let’s hope updating further will improve the product app and not reduce functionality. Thank you.

Sorry but I’m so impressed by the tech

One thing I like is aftersetup you don’t even require to take out the device to check anything. You can check , adjust anything by using a phone app.

Eg. Check battery, check who connected to this device , check pwd and SSID that you set, even reboot the device.
