Terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions:
1. This payment will be charged to Apple Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
2. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
3. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users’ iTunes Store and App Store Settings after purchase. Uninstalling the TVBAnywhere+ App does not automatically end your subscription. Please visit the Apple store to view, change, or cancel your subscription policy https://support.apple.com/en-sg/HT202039 for service cancellation. (Note: Per Apple's cancel policy, this service will be automatically renewed for 1 month if the customer fails to turn off Automatic Renewal more than 24 hours before the renewal date.)
4. This Premium SVOD service is only available to existing Basic/Free Zone Service customers. Upon termination of Basic/Free Zone Service for whatever reason, this service will be automatically terminated at the same time and no refund or offset or transfer of fees paid will be provided.

I get randomly logged out while watching my drama serial. This has happened a few times. And kept getting a message saying that the “system busy. Please try again later. For enquiry, please contact customer service”. This is very annoying. I been trying every other 15 min and i still cant log back in. Another annoying this are the ads at the start of every episode. Its at least a good 30 sec of time wasted and yet i cant skip the ad. I’m starting to regret my subscription and wonder if i shld cancel it. As of now im still unable to login

Almost there Entertainment App

Finally an official app in which I can binge on all my favourite HK dramas with option to toggle Mandarin instead of struggling with Cantonese. However, 2 things still bug me most to make it the PERFECT Entertainment App. 1) The irritating amount of advertisements that flood the app from launch and sometimes between episodes. We paid a membership to view drama without interruptions. Why isn’t in-app adverts turned off for paying customers?2) Lack of Chromecast/AirPlay option like Netflix/YouTube. Restricted to playing only on mobile or tablets instead of ability to cast onto TV screen for a cinematic experience for self or family. (This should be the top priority to allow subscribers to enjoy the dramas without restrictions.)

Further improvement to this wonderful app

This app have been so far so good. But don’t know why it can’t play automatically for the next episode. It will get out of the app. Then have to open the app again and search for the drama again. Quite disruptive.. hope u can do something to this. I like the way how it works now for the language thing. Don’t need to always keep changing the language. It will remain the same throughout and the full screen is good too..Overall, very good...😊
