Ratings and Reviews
They make it so hard to cancel
They want you to download and use the app. But the app doesnt even have a cancel subscription function. Was told cancel can only be done via the web portal, when I tried to log into web portal on mobile phone, it redirects me to the app. Then was told can only log into web portal via desk or lap top. Whats up Singtel? Cant you just integrate everything into the app since you want everyone to use the app so badly?
Terrible app!
So frustrating using it. Quite often I can log in using the link tv. You’ll be watching Tv and it will routinely come out of the channel and you have to go back in. Really frustrating
Keeps asking for OTP
Every couple of weeks asking for OTP. I have several devices with this app and it is so frustrating! StarHub app works better (I have both). Probably will port everything to StarHub when the opportunity arises.
