Broken
Bought a Viu Premium subscription. Took my money quickly. Cannot activate. Instructions to activate boil down to click SingTel logo and activate. Huh?! Cannot login to app. Phone OTP. Email OTP. Still fails. No human support and no useful help articles or chat bot. Beware!
It always stop playing after a few mins
I cast on to my TV but every few minutes it will jump out from the stream . I tried reinstalling but no help
I really wanted to like it but it was really frustrating
Series are not under one title. You have to search for the poster of every season. The show I wanted had 10 Seasons. It was looking for a needle in a haystack especially because the search was terrible and the on demand section didn’t have a search and not all of the Seasons was displayed either. It was a complete maze to get to it.
It took me a couple of hours to even try to get this add on done. Technical support team said there was some bug with my log in as I used to subscribe to hbo but not confirmed. This really shouldn’t happen though
When using the cast tv app, also, no search and to click through the episode, the full name is scrolling which means I need to wait for it to see if that’s the right one. It’s really not intuitive
No way to customise and prioritise your favourite shows
Navigation is frustrating and unintuitive
The cast app, when playing HBO even after sometime of streaming, is UHD at best. I got better quality pushing it from my phone via Apple TV. Oh wait, now it works better. You just have to wait till halfway through the show😳
Really sorry I was really excited to have it and get add ons but cast app really has a lot of fixing to do and I hope my feedback helps.
