The app declined my ApplePay every single time 😠 so I set up one-click with credit card. Next time I still hv to input every card detail to purchase tickets when I didn’t hv my physical card with me, thinking it has already been set up. Unable to add e-ticket to my apple wallet after purchase directly when prompted also. Hv to go to my history page to add to wallet. Very frustrating.

Dear GV, I have been a GV member for past 4 years. I always had pleasant experience using click to pay or visa checkout feature, finding optimal price for the tickets, show times by cinema. Recently your app started showing movie ad for 10s every time user navigates to homepage. This is really frustrating because it doesn’t allow user to look for movies until the ad is complete. Another observation related to a movie for which theatres are not allocated user has to click on the movie name to realise that no shows are available for the movie. This often puts me off. Overall great effort is being put up on this app. Thanks to the dev team behind the experience.

I’ve been using this app for some time and this app is fine. However, the issue with this app is that this app takes a long time to load whenever I click on something in the app. From what I noticed, the last update this app had was 2 years ago!! That's a very long time. So my advice is, the developer of this app should update it regularly to fix the needs of its users. For example, maybe they can update it every once per month. I really do hope that Golden Village can do something about it to fix this issue. It will really help users like me and others a lot. Thank you very much.🤗
