Suggestion for Data Control

I would compliment Singtel for continuously improve the apps to make it user friendly and make its customer easy access to varies request and needs without going through the customer service phone.

However can I give a suggestion. Can Singtel include a function for user to manage their data that once the data reach its max, it will cut off the data and user will not exceed the max data that been allocated for them. However if user want to choose to exceed their data cap, they can also do so by given a choice to Off the request. Currently Singtel only have Disable Data on this Plan option.

Why I suggest this is because recently my kid use my phone and it exceed the data by 0.04GB and I have to pay extra $10 for that. I do have the reminder SMS to send to me at 90% data usage and more than 100% usage but it does not help as my kids ignored the sms and did not alert me. Kids being kids. So that’s why I suggest for this option so that we can avoid been charge extra $10 for a very small data that we exceeded.

Bills are empty!

Thanks for following up and fixing the problem. I appreciate immediate attention from App Review support team and customer service team.

I’m receiving monthly bills amount but if I want to see my bill then the file is blank! I can’t claim my bills from company because MySingtel simply gives me blank pdf!
I tried on MacBookPro Safari/Chrome too, I don’t see my bills in history, it only promotes downloading app from AppStore and Play Store! Why on the earth someone should promote mobile apps on MacBook?! Just give me my bills...
Every month I have to contact customer service, although they are trying to help but they can’t do much because of the circumstances. Last month I had to spend 1 week to get my bills, chatting and calling few times. Super frustrating... I called two days ago to get December bill, after half an hour conversation and proving the problem, the agent said he is emailing my bill but I still haven’t received any email! But I got a link to rate the CS?! He said he will call next day to confirm I received my bill otherwise he will send a hard copy (and I have to pay for it) but no call was received.
I hope you plan to fix this issue ASAP!
