Received a damaged article from Income
I was very, very disappointed when I opened my letter box on 20 July 2019. My documents from Income was damaged(the documents were torn.)It seems the documents were forcefully pushed into the slot. Never mind that the envelope had the words “ IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS “ PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE “ “ DO NOT BEND OR FOLD “.
After so many complaints from the public, I expect the service to improve, but alas it was not meant to be. Instead the services are going downhill. How can we trust your staff to deliver our documents properly if they don’t even have respect for other people properties. Please concentrate on training your staff instead of having your fingers in so many pies.
Rigid staff n service. App not much improvement.
Labels attached to each tracking number keep disappearing and I have to retype. Please fix it. Notifications don't work. Delivery status is updated only after I have received my parcel. What's the point?
I had a parcel which arrived in SG. The app status was 'incomplete address'. After calling Singpost, the guy on the line said they HAVE TO return parcel to seller n would not allow me to verify my identity to collect my parcel. As a result, I have to pay shipping fees again to resend the parcel. And the seller showed me a photo. The address was correct all this while. What's more, it was my daughter's bd gift which will be 2 months late. Very disappointed with the local staff. Just read from a standard script of all complaints n say it is Singpost policy. Period.
Please improve your service. And one more thing. Can we request for package redelivery through this app?
