PLEASE FIX YOUR PAYMENT INTERFACE! Have had 2 bad experiences so far. First time - paid GST and seemingly payment went through only to be notified days later that payment was unsuccessful, and parcel was returned to sender (who still has not received it, its been almost 6 months!). Second time is just today, payment kept hanging and error message kept popping up. Finally went through and I have been charged twice for GST payment, even though there was only one successful payment acknowledgement. Ridiculous app. Someone needs to look into all these negative feedback reviews, they seem to all be getting ignored.

The app’s payment portal has issues: it does not trigger any notification to authenticate payments by locally issued Visa credit card, it cannot process payments by locally issued Mastercards, and for me it only processed payment by locally issued AMEX because AMEX uses SMS OTP which does not require me to switch to a different app. Also, the app logs out when I switch to a different app (eg email). These are serious, frustrating and disappointing bugs for an app from such a big company.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this app. I’ve encountered multiple issues that make it nearly impossible to proceed with payment. No matter how many times I try, it either crashes, freezes, or simply doesn’t go through. It’s incredibly inconvenient and disappointing, especially when you’re trying to complete something important.

Very disappointed being a National Postal Service and your platform is so sad case. Not sure what went wrong but I had already tried to make GST payment via your mobile apps for 6 times and all FAILED. Totally unacceptable and island wide can’t find a SAM machine??? Is SingPost closing soon????
