Room for improvement

Pros:
App is fast and responsive. Easy to understand UI.

Suggestion:
But will be good if we can set which number to be the main account to be shown at the main page.

Reason:
My wife, children and my account are under my name. Often, after logged in to my account, I will need to navigate to the last number to see my own usage.

Becareful it’s almost like a scam!!!!!!!!

My wifi was down and thus i ran out of data. I had to borrow people’s hotspot to MANUALLY go to app and purchase add-on data.

To my horror, do u know whatever add-on ur purchased will be AUTO-RENEWED? There was nothing stated on this. So i actually got charged the following month and the next as i didnt go look at the bill. And best part is, u CANNOT even unsubscribe to the add-ons yourself. U have to try and reach their “almost non-existent” customer service email just to UNSUBSCRIBE. And there’s no hotline or what.

And i stated clearly my scenario, and ask for goodwill on waivers as i clearly did not utilise any of the additional data and even not exceeded my data plan and it was just a one-off data purchase. But guess what? They flatly rejected and willing to wait $0.00 . I do admit it’s my fault for overlooking the bill but it’s such a bad customer experience so far. Paying for something that u didnt use and u had no way to unsubscribe yourself!

can’t even get pass the log in screen

after keying in my email and password, a blank screen pops up meaning that it’s clearly an app issue, reached out to customer service via IG and we just went in circles with them asking me to delete and install the app again and asking if i have my mobile data switched on for the app
i even show them a screen recording of what went wrong but they eventually gave up and told me to go down to a stall to solve it
experience at the store was even worse, the reply i got from the lady was that “my colleague uses an iphone too and she has no issue logging in” with no other solution for me
