Ratings and Reviews
Logging details incorrect
Every time when logging is always shows email or password incorrect
Poor user experience
To get my bill I need to put my Geneco Password (Geneco Account #) from within the app. 1) I am already logged in 2) why introduce another password 3) how should I remember my Geneco account number 4) the app indicates that the password is the a/c number (not sure what then is the point of a password). I think the team has not thought through this well.
Poor user experience. And illogical and unnecessary security measures.
Opening & Printing Bill issues
The Bill is unable to be printed from the app, sharing is Disabled. Opening in Safari means need to sign in again. What a mess.
A/c number is Password to open the PDF Bill. How many of you remember the Account number? Need to close the window and go back to copy the A/c number and paste it to open the PDF. Why not make NRIC as PDF password?
This app is not user-friendly.
