We began with the simple aim of providing our customers a convenient way to monitor their utilities usage and pay their monthly bills.

To help households and customers understand the environmental impact of their daily activities, we launched My Carbon Footprint.

Next, we introduced GreenUP to encourage sustainable lifestyle choices through a rewards programme, and My Green Credits for everyone to green their electricity consumption.

Today, our app will be renamed to the SP app, reflecting our ambition to empower the future of energy and contribute to a greener future for Singapore.

We are also launching Green Goals! A new feature that tracks your individual environmental impact and contribution towards the SG Green Plan 2030.

More than 1 utility account per email

App is good overall but I can’t add more than 1 utility account per email. I’m paying for my parent’s utility currently but I’m getting my own place soon and would like to add an account. The invite feature is not good enough and it’s inconvenient. I (or someone else) have to create another email just for this. I can’t even unlink email without closing my utility account? Why does it have to be strictly one email per one account? It’s bad. Is it because of security issues? No stranger is going to sign an account to pay for someone else’s bill? Right?

bias & misleading non recurring card payments

recent: no app notifications reminder on outstanding. don’t even see notifications on statement sometimes. resulting in late payment & notice reminder via mail @ extra charge of 50c (i do not need the physical reminder of your app does the job)

feedback: signed up for adv meter, T&C stated will show usage per 30 mins interval. but in reality these only show per 6 hour or more time block. who has the time to keep track what happened over 6 hours ago!? adv meter is installed physically. yet time taken for it to go to your system & updated on my app is >6hrs!!?? this $40 not well spent......

awhile back: i’ve added card payment & ready for the convenient recurring bill charge as the norm for telcos. biggest shock when all the bills came back & slammed w late fee, reminder charge etc. turns out only dbs/posb will be recurring, others are manual. this VITAL info was not mentioned anywhere! wonder how many people got cheated this way. also a huge hassle & ended up speaking to multiple CSO (honestly some CSO CMI) before these ‘scammed’ charges were waived off. waste of time!

Need more charging stations & longer cables

The most popular EV in SG is the BYD Atto 3. However, the charging port is on the front left and bcos your stations and cables are meant for reverse-in and rear left vehicles, it is almost impossible for the Atto3 to park head-into a single available station. When reversed, your cables to the back left of the car is unable to stretch to the front right of the Atto3 where its charging port is located. Also, out of 3 mscp in my preccint (Tampines St 32), only 1 has 3 AC ports. It would be good is your cables be extended and to install more stations in more HDB car parks. Separately, I have applied for the 20% discount offered to Byd 2024 car owners but have not witness any discounts awarded since its implementation. Any reason why? My car plate is SJX3113T. Thanks.
