Although the app gives me a view of my data usage,bills,call time etc, but it takes a very long time for it to load properly after I view for example, my sunperks points, like it took awhile to fully load properly even if the wifi was strong/connected. It took my multiple attempts to actually get into different parts as I had to restart the app frequently. Would appreciate if this could be solve or something. Thanks
update: I’ve tried uninstalling and install the app again and its okay now. Although the loading sign still appears after i visit any part of the app but its loading just fine. Thanks

I’ve been using this app for a few years now. App generally works fine. There are occasions where some information are not loaded up, such as recontract eligibility date. But overall, the experience was generally well.
App allows you to follow up your data usage but the usages are never real-time. You are advised not to use your data till the last couple of MBs in the application as there is a high possibility you will exceed your data usage. There is no leeway given by M1 and you will be charged according to the next GB. It can be a hassle to call in to ask for a waiver.
When updates for the application is available, it takes quite a while for the notification to update to go away, even if I’m on the latest version already. This can be quite annoying.
Lousy cheap app that doesn’t work
Sunperks redemption doesn’t work. View bill doesn’t work. Data usage is not accurate. Manage services function just takes you in circles. Simple thing like checking our various mobile plans is not available. And all these problems have been there since 2 years ago when I first downloaded this app. And every update is the same. Cheap telco makes cheap app.
Update: to the Developers, perhaps you would like to really pay attention to the numerous negative feedback you’ve received on the reviews. Honestly it’s embarrassing to have a national telco have so many bad reviews on the App Store. I don’t need to send you the error message coz there isn’t one. The app just keeps buffering forever when I try to retrieve my bill or redeem sunperks. It’s been this way since 2 years ago and every update doesn’t resolve it. Listen to the feedback and make the changes lest your customers make the change in telco choice.

Hi GeorgeSim, it seems you may have login with Service ID instead of M1 ID. Allow us to share Service ID (mobile number) and password login enables you to access specified service only. While M1 ID (email address) login enables you to manage all your M1 services registered under your NRIC. If you are login via M1 ID, you will not be prompted on login again for view bill as well as redemption of services.
