Have you seen your version history?

Sam, like many of the reviewers here, I am also rather annoyed at the constant prompts for updates. I would almost venture that most users really just use it to check their usage, view bills and add VAS, all of which could have been done several versions back.

Mandatory updating which does nothing for most people in terms of usability only serves to alienate users!

You would do well to pack as many fixes as possible into one update and don’t make it compulsory to update unless it has anything to do with security. What started out as a 4-5 stars app has gone down in ratings largely because of constant updates and the trajectory speaks for itself.

Unless the experience is going to be revolutionary, forced updates for no apparent benefits are just going to annoy users further.

Why reduce font size?

I understand your need to update the app. But why make it necessary to force users to update the app whenever u update it? I do not update the IOS as it causes issues on my older iPhone. I would prefer not to update apps which are optimized for the newer iOS. But u don't provide users the option not to upgrade. Now I'm stuck with a vastly inferior app with tiny font size.

Issue #2 - I can't view bills after the recent update. It keeps buffering forever.

I thought updates were supposed to make things better. Here's a suggestion: enable users to rollback to a version that suits their situation (phone, settings, etc) better. I would definitely rollback if I could.

The 28 Jun update included a reduction in the font size. I don't get why this was necessary - it's not as if more info is displayed on each page - there's just more white space. It was fine before, and is just plain uncomfortable now. I hope the previous font size can be restored in an upcoming update.

2 Aug - another useless FORCED app update. YOull might want to change the screenshots of the app in the store while u'll are at it. The interface don't look like dat no more.

SMS usage not updated in real time

While I am happy so far with the updates on data usage, for some unfathomable reason (perhaps you can check and advise?), recently, the SMS usage is taking much longer to update or not update at all. It has been several days or even more than a week since last Monday since it showed the same number of SMS texts sent in spite of my sending a few texts thereafter. Would appreciate a real-time update. Though I think from experience it is usually updated one or two days but better than “stuck”.
