Just Ported Over from Giga

The porting over was trouble less and fast enough , about 1.5 day. What attracted me is the plan covers Malaysia as well. The coverage in Sg however not as good as my previous telco. Sitting in my own home toilet, already disruptive and not consistent signals. In Malaysia surprisingly not too bad. Its partner is Celcom. Many times in MY experience bought prepaid Celcom Digi cards also no good. This Maxx Celcom Digi partnership seems to have str n her and better arrangement. So far not as worse as you get the local prepaid cards. App wise not much comment except there should be at least a good bot to handle customer enquiries!

Internet connection at Hillion Mall Bukit Panjang.

I just want to share my experience about the reception at this place was not able to get the Maxx internet, this cause our family to be so unhappy. Could you please help with your internet service for not letting us customer feeling so stressed that I cannot even make a normal phone call. So sad. To Maxx network.

Seamless process, Easy port-in, M1 shop no go

Switch to Maxx recently did a port-in was quiet a smooth seamless process except for the hiccup in SIM card activation supposedly in mins but my took slightly over 24 hours and don’t bother going to M1 shop they do not entertain anything regarding Maxx. The port-in however was fast done by the next day. All in happy with the switch, value for money especially with roaming data included.
