I just love every function of your company, but there’s one thing that I would like like to request for you. We lived in a condo, so we had two wifi mesh to increase the speed and wifi strength, but the person who was in the next room had stolen my best router connecting to the old one. So asked the singtel whether there’s away of finding. But unfortunately I’m helpless. But anyway your network is great

Super user friendly + attractive top up offers won me over from StarHub. Even registration was easy and seamless.I remembered bought from StarHub shop at Plaza Sing. They forgot to register for me, and I had to make extra trip back there. Staff not responsible type.

Needs big improvements

(1) The capture was horrible, takes forever to capture.(2) the interface was lame, for example, continue button was designed in the bottom of the screen, but you will have click the middle to proceed.(3) Sync is slow. I almost waited for 10 mins but it seems the registration was not completed as promised (2-4 mins).Singtel, you are making tons of money from Singaporeans and visitors, please budget some reasonable amount to show your respect to them. Please don’t be a joke.

Payment issue still not solve

I’ve try few times different date and time, I choose a plan when I do payment it redirect me to browser to key in my bank card details, when I finish key in and press proceed to pay and approve from my bank app and it redirect me again back to the app and the app crash. So it make it sooooo confuse did the payment approve or did I already bought the plan? Please Fix… if not y don’t u guys just remove the payment method in such inconvenience thing
