Should be a pretty simple and straightforward app but confusing and laggy. Signed up for add on incoming call that should only cost $0.58 but when I try to pay it forces me to top-up $10 without explaining anything. Confusing, made me thought I purchased the wrong thing.
Blindly charge
I have just topped up the main balance of $30 and used $5 to buy a data roaming, it suppose to have $25 left. But it end up showing $1 left and this happen not just once. My main balance have been charged for more than 8 times. Contacted the support team but no one can solve the problem. What the agents can do is just telling me that they will raise report and investigation will be conduct that’s it. Such a useless telco. Until today still nobody helping to solve this issue.
App display wrong wallet balance
The app would at times shows wrong wallet balance. I need to off and on my phone to reflect the ‘correct’ balance, but the ‘correct’ balance always a few cents lesser. In addition, i can’t make phone call if the balance is ‘low’, so on and off the phone would allow me to call. I’ve reflected this issue to the WhatsApp Starhub support but to no avail. Guess will switch to other telco soon.
