I have used this app on and off for a few years and it works quite well except for… well, navigation back and forth could be improved. When I pull down from the top I will get a refreshed screen, but that is it. IMO, this app is made for diving straight in (when you know already exactly what movie you want to see and at what theatre). If you want to browse about for the best seats, swap to another theathre, or choose another movie althogether, then this app will cause some frustration. Like most people, I instinctively look around for some arrows and a friendly question such as ”Have you made your choice or do you want me to bring you back to previous menu, or to the main menu?” In summary, while the app works for your basic needs, there is still plenty of room for improvements to the app!

Hey, been using this app since like forever but when i switched over to apple i realised that when i click on any selections to view more info, i cant go back to the home page without closing and reopening the application. This happens on all the tabs. Current movies; Future movies; getting out of the get tickets.

So I tried looking up GV Yishun on the Popcorn app because me and my younger brother were planning to watch John Wick 3 there today but the app stated that the movie wasn’t available at the particular cinema at all, which struck me as odd, to be honest.When I went to GV’s website on my laptop and clicked on GV Yishun, they are actually screening the mentioned movie, not only for today, but for Tuesday and Wednesday too! And they have alot of timings as well for all 3 days.Which left me wondering why the Popcorn app stated that the movie wasn’t available at GV Yishun at all but GV’s website said it is. Technical error perhaps? Please kindly rectify this, thank you.

The app have been working fine for me so far whenever I used it to check timings and such. However, the first time I used it to actually book tickets, I was unsuccessful. So I decided to switch the cinema I tried with the first time and this time my purchase was successful. However, after some time, I got an email telling me that the first time I booked was successful and thus I wasted money on two tickets as there were no refunds, all because I was initially unsuccessful in booking through the app.
