App can throw away
The payment module got issue, even enter correct details still rejected. The irony is, there is an app campaign showing in app voucher discount but need to use its in app payment system. Whilst on the other hand there is an offer in store but price more. Not sure if it is a gimmick to get customers to shop and end up force to pay more for the same offer in store since the payment system is not working.
Nonsensical app
Used the app once to order and it was fine. But tried to use it again and it asked me verify my account through my mobile number. Despite trying multiple times, pressing “Get OTP” after the timer ends, no such OTP was ever sent. I even restarted my phone, but nope, nothing. It even told me I reached the “maximum number of attempts” and to retry in 25 minutes. Extremely poorly executed app.
Horrible buggy apps
Horrible buggy apps. Cbtl should go and change developer. This apps from day 1 was buggy. It was ok for awhile. Latest update kept logged me out and i ended not using app when paying.
I thought it only happened for ios. My partner on adroid facing same issues.
Fix the bug!!
