Lousy app, not sure why it had to auto log out after a certain period, and I am overseas often and I don't need the roaming, that means I can never login back to the app until I reach Msia and can receive the sms otp. Why does a telco app need to keep on log in log out? Can at least have biometric log in access???? Really stupid
Cannot activate SIM card

I bought a data sim and wasted 10rm as the Hotlink portal shows the option of activate sim which does not have any effect upon clicking because it’s not even a link. I asked the chatbot and even tried to connect to the agent but I cannot get the help I need. Their 123 is even non existence. Is this hotlink a scam in the first place???
Ordered postpaid but order lost

I ordered postpaid plan online and wanted to port in my number. I selected the delivery date and until then it still never deliver. I track the order and it said unable to locate my order number. Luckily I didn’t pay anything yet but I decided to not use Hotlink anymore to prevent more issues
