Enjoyed playing but often disconnected during games
Enjoyed playing so much that I decided to subscribe as VIP.
IPhone keep getting disconnected during games, while TV screen continues to play video. Disconnection happens at least 4-6 times during 1 game!!
Paid subscription but can’t enjoy. Very disappointed!

I’ve been playing this for slightly more than a year and it’s my second year this year to subscribing to VIP. It’s one of the ways I exercise for the past year when I can’t go out of the house. I’d like to make a suggestion along with this review. Can you guys make the app available to the Apple Watch so that I can use the Apple Watch as a controller instead of holding onto my phone? My sisters and I have dropped and flung our phones while dancing before because it’s very big, bulky and not secured. I actually broke my TV while playing this because I accidentally flung my phone to the screen. I think using the Apple Watch as a controller would be much better for clumsy people like me. Thank you for making this app! Please do keep adding new songs to it!
Fantastic game but NO customer support
The game is fantastic but the online challengers (multiple players) feature stopped after my last update.
I logged in my Ubisoft account and tried to report the problem. I was asked to fill in different fields in the Contact Us page but I couldn’t proceed when I chose Just Dance Now app, instead I was directed to the Ubisoft support page for Just Dance Now. This support page is a joke! It only allows me to browse articles about Just Dance Now, and there is only 1 article in Privacy and nothing else!
I tried different browsers on my Mac but experienced the same issues. I tried ‘Report a problem’ under Help from the APP on my iPhone, I tried ‘Report a problem’ under Help from the APP on my MAC, and I tried APP Support in the APP store too! Every time I got directed to the same Contact Us page.
I love this game. I have been telling all my friends to try it out and I intend to play it for a long time.
It is very sad to find no customer support when I need help.
