Worst user experience
1. This plan is so called “post pay”, however, the bill is charging one month in advance.
2. When I try to pay, it default choose MasterCard, this app only return error if u enter Visa card number. After filled up everything, and then choose Visa, all info will be gone and need to re type in exactly same info!!! Outside world there are lots app can auto detect credit card vendor based on input card number. And at least this app should keep info when I change to other credit card type.
3. After I follow the payment step and completed, there is no any email sent to me. And the app is still showing not paid bill. It’s the worst case when user paid and not get any response!!!
Cant find email link to customer service
A bunch of FAQs is very annoying, especially after going down all the FAQs, there is no email link for further questions. Not everyone want to call in especially when we are overseas. Or register for hub community.
Why do we need to register and address our problems in StarHub community website. Then we are asked to give our name, registration number etc again, when these details are already in the app? Wouldn’t it be effective if it is all in one app?!
