Scam
This telco is a pure scam, mentioned that 16 & above could apply for a sim-only plan but when i went for collection, they said that need atleast 18 to be able to apply. (WASTED MY TIME)
IMPORTANT: They help me to do a withdrawal, a withdrawal email was sent to be but the amount i paid for the SIM has not be credited back to my bank account and it has been 3days, i contacted their customer support but no one has replied!
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS TELCO! THINK THRICE BEFORE U BUY!!
It to much bad
I top up $10 dollars.. agine same time top up $10 dollars from my visa card .. they not add my balance.. but bank statement deducted my money.. I contact them but any one not response..dear all beware .. i think it telecom scam...
Bad Service
TPG mobile is not user friendly and the network is terrible. I could not make calls and my mobile data could not exceed the 50GB. I had to purchase more data in order to continue. It was a hassle unlike other mainstream telcos.
There is no signal underground and in some buildings.
