Description
OneNS app is currently on trial, available to selected MINDEF/SAF units. Access is being rolled out progressively, with full availability expected by end 2024.
This application is a service of the Government of Singapore, proudly brought to you by MINDEF/SAF.
OneNS serves as a one-stop touchpoint for NS-related digital services to make the NS experience a more engaging and convenient one.
You can use OneNS to:
- In-Pro speedily via instant QR Code/Geolocation for ICT and Mobilisation
- Stay updated on relevant matters like your ICT, Manning and Mobilisation details and excuse/deferment status
- Apply for deferment, book IPPT conveniently from your mobile phone
- Track your progress easily by viewing key NS milestones like awards and monetary disbursements
- And many more features to come
With OneNS, you can access your NS services easily and get things done on the go.

Awards tile could be more comprehensive
The current awards tile only shows very basic things like CPF awards. Would be great if NSEA and other awards could be added in as well

Cannot log in with Singpass
Tried log in with Singpass successfully. When return to app, says error try again later.
Tried again 3 days later. Still ask try again later.
Later until ROD ah?

Hi Fafagdsg, thanks for sharing your feedback. We have released an update (Version 3.1.1) on 15 Mar 2024 which should address this issue.

Laggy and buggy
Takes forever to load despite very basic features. Search function doesn’t work accurately. Product images mostly not present or doesn’t load. Total waste of resources
