This application is a Smart Nation initiative jointly developed by the Municipal Services Office (MSO) and Government Technology Agency (GovTech).
The “OneService” mobile application is part of the Government’s on-going efforts to provide a convenient channel for reporting municipal issues within Singapore. The application provides for common categories of municipal issues and more features will be offered under subsequent updates.

To be a smart nation requires dedication
I applaud MND for enabling stakeholders to provide feedback on municipal issues through apps like these. However, as we can see from the numerous feedback given below, it somewhat demonstrates a lack of resources dedicated in managing such a platform (since there are no responses). The result is that folks wander if MND is just churning out apps for a “particular season”.
Some other improvement could be enabling finger or facial recognition login (instead of entering details every single time), which is now commonly adopted by many app Developers. In addition, it would be more relevant if updates or resolved issues are communicated in the app, rather than just “redirecting” the issue to the relevant agencies and expecting closure via a separate channel. In essence, the whole experience should be delivered within this app. That will be a real “One Service”.
Unable to login/create account
Singpass login option produced SSL error. Google login said ok, but returned me to sign in page without anything else happening. When i tried to create an account instead, i was told my mobile number was taken when this is my first time downloading and using this app. So i tried the forget userid function and typed my mobile number in to send userid to email (i don’t even know what email cus as mentioned, this is my first time using the app, so i shouldn’t even have any registered email) but once again technical error. I’m not sure if there’s a privacy issue of someone using my phone number but there are definitely a lot of technical issues and i can’t even create an account or login through different routes at all.

MND is clearly unaware what their town councils are doing. When the carpark has still been in disrepair, JRTC closed the case and the problem still persists. Why are TCs allowed to close the case even when the issue hasn't been resolved? Are contractors being paid for work not done? Then doesn't it leave room for corruption?
App is also difficult to track cases. TCs leave vague reply but doesn’t solve the issue. People take effort to report and nothing gets done. NEA enforcement is clearly in need of help! Almost no enforcement later on.
I sent a feedback regarding estate maintenance and they dare send me an email saying that my feedback was directed to Town Council to the wrong office! I live in Punggol and they directed it to Sengkang. What stupidity is this.
