This application is a Smart Nation initiative jointly developed by the Municipal Services Office (MSO) and Government Technology Agency (GovTech).

The “OneService” mobile application is part of the Government’s on-going efforts to provide a convenient channel for reporting municipal issues within Singapore. The application provides for common categories of municipal issues and more features will be offered under subsequent updates.

MND is clearly unaware what their town councils are doing. When the carpark has still been in disrepair, JRTC closed the case and the problem still persists. Why are TCs allowed to close the case even when the issue hasn't been resolved? Are contractors being paid for work not done? Then doesn't it leave room for corruption?

App is also difficult to track cases. TCs leave vague reply but doesn’t solve the issue. People take effort to report and nothing gets done. NEA enforcement is clearly in need of help! Almost no enforcement later on.

I sent a feedback regarding estate maintenance and they dare send me an email saying that my feedback was directed to Town Council to the wrong office! I live in Punggol and they directed it to Sengkang. What stupidity is this.

Town Council Not Doing Their Job and App Shuts Down

Time and again we have complained about the estate not being swept and cleaned. Even the lifts are not wiped/mopped with disinfecting solution as they used to be.

With this OneService App, there seems to even be a bug which does not allow me to submit cases. It just shuts down every time I click on submit cases.

What are our cleaners doing now? We still pay conservancy charges but nothing gets cleaned. And there are spiders breeding in the electrical and water risers outside of our homes. The spiders are everywhere and would come into our homes too. I have highlighted it before but nothing gets done. Will Sengkang Town Council do something immediately. Thank you.

Waste of Time Reporting Any Issue

Case closed after more than 3 weeks and placed under close monitoring. However, issue still persist. Had to raise another case and it has been “working on it” since 8 Feb 2018. This just confirms that this app is for show only. Incidentally, I have visited, emailed, and called Marine Parade Town Council multiple time on this issue since Oct 2017. I left my number and never once did they call back for an update.

Lastly, asking for Case ID after bad review goes to show that either the developer is clueless how many cases are still pending after weeks or there are so many backlog they cannot tell which it is. Close your backlog.
