The platform is easy to use and great way to have access to good food without needing to travel down on your own to get the food. Delivery charges are decent. There are some promotion codes indicated in the app but realised that it’s only for first time users. Perhaps the app should clearly state this somewhere to avoid confusion for users. One of my orders was not delivered on scheduled date and the notification on the delay was confusing stating that delivery was delayed but actually ended was not able to fulfil delivery on the day. The chat on the platform was not helpful as the person at the other end had no idea what’s happening! In addition, the platform is supposed to send users who provided a review to their app a $5 voucher but apparently that’s not true….

Tried using this app for 3 food deliveries, and only 1 came on time (the rest came 3 hours after the stipulated timeframe). Communication with the support team was frustrating because they were inconsistent with their SOP: at one point they sent an SMS to request an alternative delivery address because the delivery was past office hours (9pm), while their helpdesk said the change of address was not possible. Apparently they have a strict policy against cancellations, but at some point they also asked if I would want to consider a change of delivery date. The bottomline is that it did not matter if you ordered one week or two days in advance, because they probably do not have enough delivery agents to ensure punctual delivery. And be prepared for the helpdesk team to ghost you and then only reply after your order has reached you. Use at your own risk.

Made an order for same day delivery but was only told money needs two days to process after. Then service team seen but refused to answer my queries in chat, until the 4th online decided to grace me with some. But he too was rude and unprofessional. And kept asking for money instead of listening and advising to my questions. Then a Davina was the only staff willing to help. I finally could proceed with the order the next morning. For more than 14 hours it was “contacting agent” and to my dismay I was told “no drivers available” only at 7+pm, to which I tried Lalamove and got a courier within 5minutes. Right now, an Aisha is being really difficult and withholding my monies as “need to top up to get your money back and we will take a 20% cut” yeah for the inconvenience and terrible service they dare to. Overall dissatisfied, will recommend LALAMOVE instead

Downloaded app after seeing online post boasting about their Low rate for next day delivery. Downloaded app, key in send and receiver info, indeed, I see the Low fee. Feeling please with the rate, continue to sign up and paid a 10 dollar into the wallet, the option DISAPPEARED. Only left with 2H and 4H option that is more expensive than even what grab is offering. Proceed to talk to customer service and they claim that service is only for A) minimum 200 order per month B) 10 orders at each collection Seriously? Nvm, I will just ask for a refund of my 10 dollar. Customer service proceed to say I will need to top up to 20dollar for them to process a refund. And the refund will also cost a 10% service fee. So essentially I need to top up 10 dollar, to get back $18 out of $20. I sounded out my unhappiness and customer service say out of goodwill they can refund my 10 dollar, but still with 10% service fee, so $9 out of $10 returned. Honestly, amount is really small and I couldn't care less, however, such unethical business really upset me. Highly don't recommend people to use their service. Stick to grab and QExpress.
