Pizza Hut SG 4+

The app is so bad that I felt the need to write a review here. I’ve never written any app reviews before so you can imagine how bad it is. The login page remains at the form even after the login is successful. I had to click back to know that I’ve successfully logged in. The location feature is so poorly written as well - the map is cut off and unable to choose any restaurants even though I can see the Pizza Hut logo. I truly do not understand how this new app is any better. Pls hire a new mobile app developer.

The new apps doesn’t even deserve any star as it can’t even do what it was supposed to do, which is taking or placing order for diners. It only allow to place order which is at least one day in advance and not on the same day. I really wonder if there is any testing done before deployment and how the management can actually sign off a deployment that doesn’t fix the organisation goal.

Terrible online payment! Never work well! Last time paylah payment never gone through online. And now, after updates, no more paylah but credit card payment never worked. So I have to choose pay-in -cash every time. But the staff don’t have changes every time. If you don’t intend to have credit card payment you shouldn’t have the option there for decoration!
