SAFETY
Your safety is our number one priority. To ensure smooth transactions, you make or receive payments through the app. All Quest users are verified and authenticated. Our team ensures that the Quest community is safe and secure for all Citizens and Heroes.
QUICK AND EFFICIENT
Citizens who need urgent help have the option to select the quest completion date to “Immediately”. These urgent quests will be bumped to our homepage for our Heroes to view. The live chat function will allow you to be updated on the status of your quest.
TRANSPARENCY
You get to review and rate your Heroes or Citizens with our simple rating system. Heroes with high ratings will confer greater credibility which increases their chances of getting hired! This ensures quality service hence a more efficient quest completion process.

Long overdue update
I think it’s time for the app to think about whether the users want to receive a lot of spam notifications or not. Some of us don’t want to do quests or be on standby for new quests , so the fact you can’t turn off notifications for nearby quests or blast notification is frankly a bit annoying. Some of us only want to post quests and receive notifications for when someone makes an offer on your quest.
It would be kindly appreciated if the dev team could enable notification filter. Unless you’re forcing us to receive the blast notification because you’re charging the 10 sgd for blast notification and you’re treating our notifications as an ad space. I think this technically violates Apple AppStore tnc.
Excellent Experience with the App
Like what many have said, the app started out with bugs but over time and in a short period of time, major improvements could be seen and the bugs were resolved. Secondly, the use of the App has opened more doors to Freelance for me and am really glad to have embarked on the journey with the app since the very start.
Lastly, the admin team for the app was really responsive, quick to take action and understanding as previously for my case, there was someone who was really unreasonable and rude and I let them know on it. They took action and resolved the issue for me in under 30 minutes and for that, I am thankful :) Do consider downloading the app !!
