SAFETY
Your safety is our number one priority. To ensure smooth transactions, you now get to make or receive payments through the app. All Quest users are verified and authenticated. Our team ensures that the Quest community is safe and secure for all Citizens and Heroes.
QUICK AND EFFICIENT
Citizens who need urgent help have the option to select the quest completion date to “Immediately”. These urgent quests will be bumped to our homepage for our Heroes to view. The live chat function will allow you to be updated on the status of your quest.
TRANSPARENCY
You get to review and rate your Heroes or Citizens with our simple rating system. Heroes with high ratings will confer greater credibility which increases their chances of getting hired! This ensures quality service hence a more efficient quest completion process.

Get ready for our biggest update yet!
In this new update, we're introducing Secure Payments, an initiative we are taking to overcome scams and false postings.
Secure payments will require all Citizens to make their payments securely on the platform before they can chat or assign a quest to a Hero. This gives Heroes the assurance of payment with each quest that they get assigned.
This is just one of the initiatives we are working on to make Quest safe, fair, and reliable for everyone. Thank you for being a part of Quest and for working with us to create local economic opportunities for everyone.

Excellent Experience with the App
Like what many have said, the app started out with bugs but over time and in a short period of time, major improvements could be seen and the bugs were resolved. Secondly, the use of the App has opened more doors to Freelance for me and am really glad to have embarked on the journey with the app since the very start.
Lastly, the admin team for the app was really responsive, quick to take action and understanding as previously for my case, there was someone who was really unreasonable and rude and I let them know on it. They took action and resolved the issue for me in under 30 minutes and for that, I am thankful :) Do consider downloading the app !!
really good app
u can use the app to help or even get help by being either hero or citizen depending on urself. The app offers freelance jobs or even helping ppl with things etc buying stuff n delivering to their home, helping with homework while getting paid at the same time! it’s a win win for both parties and also they categorised everything into different groups so it is more convenient when trying to search for something you wna help under that category. overall i would recommend the app to anyone who wants to earn maybe extra money or to anyone who enjoys helping people or even those who needs help themselves!
