SAFRA 4+

I'm in NS right now and we recieve a letter which quite a long time ago maybe around 5-6 months, its regarding about safra telling us about the benefits and that we can sign up for 1 year free membership. Ofcourse as an NSF I would love to enjoy the benefits that we can get whenever we visit safra to play bowling or use the gym on our off days. My issue is that mSafra nor this new app, it doesnt allow me to create an account and whenever I do create, It always show "Unable to create online account". I did try to send email as well but the email also doesnt let me send anything. I hope that the developer can help or give advice for me on how to solve this problem. Thank you.

PS: I tried to uninstall-install, Restart my phone etc etc and non of it seems to be working

I tried the app again after reading the response from the developer. I managed to use it fine today.

But I’m still concerned whether there is sufficient capacity to manage the traffic from users since that seems to be an issue when under load.

Increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Please improve your test cases… how can I have a password with special characters that I set on the website, but can’t use that same password to log in on the new app. Works on mSAFRA. Really.. I’d expect this to be a normal use case nowadays

Edit: password with special character works after update. Thanks for the quick turnaround and listening to feedback.
