Since Shopee app launched online, I am getting more interested in doing online shopping via the app rather than having to walk through every shopping malls just to do all the shopping items. And during the pandemic, it’s really helping me so much and reduce my needs to go outside, especially during my pregnancy I did most of my shopping for prenatal to postnatal shopping needs and baby stuff thru this platform. Of course it’s really worth my time and money as I could compare the prices well between shopee online sellers as well as obtained many vouchers, discounts and rewards after shopping. The customer services provided from seller was at satisfactory level which attracted us the buyer to communicate for any information and inquiries of the sale items. I hope that Shopee will maintain their good services, improvise what is necessary as feedback by customers and please do not make same mistake like other platform even when the stability of the business had hit you. Customers attraction and interests protection shall be delivered continuously so that the platform will always be the customer’s choice for both sellers and customers. Delivery system so far quite systematic and satisfying. Keep on doing the good job for everyone.

Seasoned Shopee buyer over 1 year+, more than S$1k spent. Shopee express delivery experience was great. But Shopee does not do returns only refunds. In my experience, you should only buy T-shirts, cushion cover, bag & phone cover. 🔖 Never buy furnitures All of mine (desk, chair, side table) was delivered either the wrong colour, design and is slightly faulty. Some does not come with instruction booklet. Despite being patience to wait for takes 3-6 weeks sea shipment & having to assemble myself. 🔖 Never buy electronics. Most overseas are fake. Or have limited warranty, no exchange nor refund policy. Even local seller can have misleading advertisement & does not want to do an exchange yet Shopee let them get away with it by letting them win the refund dispute. 🔖 Never buy luxury fragrances Bottle isn’t sealed. Can easily be diluted. Shopee won’t be able to verify a scent you are smelling. Oversea seller are humble. But locals one aren’t. They are here because they know they can sell whatever to you & not have to do any exchange/refund. Lazada is better in this area. Heck, I rather buy from retail where I can see and verify the product. Won’t even mind paying more! Only shopping here to save time. Whatever you spend here, be willing to kiss your money goodbye and be okay with the possibility of the product not being authentic or delivered slightly damaged. No matter what, you still gotta pay for it. Will stop shopping from here. Took me this long to realise. Super cheap things from online shop are not worth it. All these sellers on the platforms are not that trustworthy. I rather earn more and spend on quality stuff.

Seller shipped out my item on time to meet the guaranteed delivery date. Past the delivery date, Shopee issued a $2 voucher for my item which cost $100 plus. 1 week past guaranteed delivery date and after 2 shopee agents, my item is still recorded and no contact from shopee. Contact shopee again and the conclusion is for me to initiate even though i told them multiple times i do not want a refund and want to know update on my item. I do not want a refund as one i will lose out on at least $30 if i were to reorder and if refunded i cannot comment/ review on the page. The live agent gave an automated responses that delivery delay of 3-5days is expected for bulky items (i waited more than that) and replied multiple times that i should do a refund and that it the best resolution they can give me. Finally, we concluded with agent to do an investigation, how after many days there is still no reply. The next agent again said they will investigate and a few days later i received a message that my item was lost and they will initiate refund (my item is still recorded as “processing” and “to receive”2 days after the message). I contact shopee live agent again to find out more details and they replied they will investigate on my “delivery” and will get back to me. Since they do not have a place to review on the site as my item is still under “to receive”, i am review here.

Been using Shopee for a few years. But since 2022, I have a lot of problems. Shopee’s customer service is getting from bad to extremely worse. Some sellers didn’t want to take the responsibility when my orders went missing, they just pushed the blame to the delivery company or their supplier. When I contacted Shopee when the seller refused to respond to me, Shopee take more than a month to reply me, only when l keep sending messages & nasty words. A few sellers blame me for damaging the goods in order for a refund. A local seller even told me that they had to see their CCTV to prove that they sent out my order in good condition. Another local blame for me when when my order went missing. The seller said “bcos of the missing order, they will not earn any commission from Shopee”. Bought a wardrobe from a Mainland seller but when my order had arrived, l found that it had missing & damage parts. So l contacted the seller, the seller agreed to send me the replacement parts but when its arrived, l found that the seller sent the wrong one. So again had to contact the seller but this time they pushed the blame to the supplier. It had been 2 months since then until now the seller didn’t even dare to reply me even after l said a lot of nasty words. I had no choice but to contact Shopee regarding this matter but Shopee took more than a month to reply & discuss this 😤😤. Its been more than 10 days since Shopee agreed to do a partial refund but until now l didn’t even receive the money. 🤬😤😫😪
