The Singlife Account is an insurance savings plan that lets you earn 3% p.a.* daily interest on your savings, with no fees, no lock-ins, and no nonsense. Make top-ups and withdrawals whenever you want. Enjoy life insurance cover of up to 105% of your account value in the event of death or terminal illness.

We know 3% p.a.* is great, but you can go further with 4% p.a.^. Supercharge your savings with 2 simple steps!

*The Singlife Account’s base return is 3% p.a. on the first S$10,000 and 1% p.a. on amounts above S$10,000, up to S$100,000. There are no returns for amounts above S$100,000. The applicable returns will be periodically declared by us. Any revision in the returns will take immediate effect.

Locked not the same as Blocked

Where can users view card details in APP? So now for card in APP is to lock unlock only? Upon unlock should allow display of card details as what many others digital cards are doing. Also after locked cannot unlock instantly, the lock unlock toggle disappears and blends with the background; need to go back to home page and then select card settings again to go in and unlock. Had been this way for a while, and continues in newest version. When the card is locked, you sent message that it is blocked. There is a difference between LOCK and BLOCK, kindly update the messaging system.

Hi Aezjnn, our routine app updates do not require an re-registration of biometrics. However, there are some app updates that are more critical, and so re-registration was made mandatory as a security measure. Apart from this, you should not be logged out unless you manually log out from the app.

Good customer service at FaceBook messenger

Unable to access the App after signing up & deposited a significant amount of money. The App goes to the "There are two ways to sign up to a new Singlife Account" page when in fact I have already signed up & deposited money! Gave me a shock of my life. It was not until I checked the online version of the App that I was able to access the service via their main website. However their main website does not offer a withdrawal option. Very unreliable and inconsistent user service. Their user service is not well-thought and planned since their website application should have been a backup version of the app just in case some users aren't able to access their glitchy App. Their Developers should wake up their idea!

Update #1: Tried reaching out to their customer service via WhatsApp. They promised to look into it but it has been 3~4 weeks since.

Update #2: Tried my luck again by reaching out to their customer service via FaceBook messenger. They managed to get it fixed within a few days. Experience excellent customer service & recovery there. If you have any problems, do reach them at their FaceBook messenger platform. They're more than happy to assist you 👍🏽

Inconsistent

I am freaking out today because both my husband and I cannot access our accounts. After entering my mobile number, I am asked to create a new account. Previously, there were also a few times when the app was loading extremely slowly. On the whole, the idea of this app is great, but more should be done to manage the technical aspects, especially since we have no other physical way of maintaining records.
