Endless 2FA Asking For 2FA Loop. Terrible!
Changed my mobile phone and reinstalled TDA Authenticator. I can longer log in to my account as I was prompted to approve the login on the Authenticator while the Authenticator asked me to login and approve on the Authenticator itself! Multiple emails took them more than a week to respond, asking me to call their hotline with waiting queue up to hours of waiting time. Horrible apps and useless customer service!
Really terrible App
Work for once and then keep unregistering my phone and getting to the loop of 2FA App asking for 2FA, with no out of band method available. Terrible tech support service which queued for 30 mins just to get into the same issue again. Better get out of business then.
2FA Loop
Changed mobile phone, TD Ameritrade asks me to authenticate while logging in on the new authenticator. No choice but to call up their hotline to resolve this issue. As I’m writing this review, I’m 10 minutes waiting on the line already. Really bad system UX bug that they haven’t fixed since 2020.
