TL SimplyGo mobile app is an initiative by Transit Link Pte Ltd to bring the TransitLink SimplyGo (formerly known as Account-Based Ticketing) Portal and the current suite of eServices on its corporate website (www.transitlink.com.sg) to the mobile platform.
The functions of TL SimplyGo mobile app include:

No summation of travel utilisation.
I’m an ABT user. This app needs to be improved further. Needs to allow users to sum up utilisation of cards by period so we can tally against the credit card lump sum billing. Imagine having to use a calculator to sum up 5 days of travel transactions, if you travel extensively - that’s not very intelligent. Also, when submitting claims for ABT, need to key in credit card details. Shouldn’t it auto-populate when it’s a specific credit card charge in question. There is no refresh button in card utilisation view. And the card utilisation takes FOREVER to load. It has to be almost instantaneous given 4G and Wifi connection speeds, but it is not. Please do something about it.
Have your developers tried doing a thorough test on the forget password process?
In life, there are so many passwords to remember. From multiple email address password, Facebook password, work related password, Lazada password, shopee password, Carousell password to iTunes password and etc.
And that why forget password page is so important to test!
Firstly, why you send the OTP to email address?
Don’t you know major email providers like Google, hotmail or yahoo has strong email spamming filter and may auto black list your OTP email to the junk box! But i take it that you are saving cost on sending the OTP via SMS.
Secondly, how long is your OTP expiry time?
I have already tried the fastest way to use the keyboard control to copy and paste to the field. I estimated should be less than 15 seconds but your page show invalid the OTP error. Fine I take it that I’m really slow that I can’t do it before 10 seconds.
Thirdly, is your resending of OTP working?
I pressed 5 times and waited for your OTP email for 5 minutes. I didn’t receive your OTP at all in my mailbox and junk box. Maybe I am using chrome browser. I switched to internet explorer browser.
At the fourth tries then I manage to reset my password. This is already coming to end of 2019, there are so many browsers like Google chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Apple safari. But even it only work using internet explorer browser, please state it in your website that it works best using internet explorer.
Inaccurate fare charge, difficult to claim
The concept is good but noticed a few inaccurate charges. Was able to exit train stations smoothly with no red light flashing (which usually does when gantry or terminal cannot detect card properly). But app reflects a full charge deducted due to missing exit. If missing exit how to go out of station? Claiming is difficult. Should just have a button on the transaction itself to report/make claim and write reason instead of making people do one whole report just for each wrong transaction. Tapping on people’s dislike for trouble to deter them from claiming back wrongly-charged fares?
