TL SimplyGo mobile app is an initiative by Transit Link Pte Ltd to bring the TransitLink SimplyGo (formerly known as Account-Based Ticketing) Portal and the current suite of eServices on its corporate website (www.transitlink.com.sg) to the mobile platform.
The functions of TL SimplyGo mobile app include:
* Add your travel cards to your TransitLink SimplyGo Account
* View and track any 30 days of your transaction records, up to the last 180 days
* Submit your travel claims and view status online
* Pay for penalty fees conveniently through the app

With our easy-to-use interactive map, choose your boarding & alighting points to find out the fares, estimated travel time and train arrival times

Check out the bus stops and services available along the road

Search to know which bus services or MRT / LRT stations are nearby the Places of Interest, Government Offices / Statutory Boards, Hospitals / Medical Centres and Polyclinics

Could be better for claims
Thanks for improving SimplyGo! The notification settings have became more helpful, especially ever since the inclusion of claim approval messages.
However, the claim process is not as transparent as we want to. Missing entry claims get rejected without giving reasons. (Funds easily deducted in seconds yet difficult to claim - nothing to do with developers but it’s something LTA should look into improving)
For the app, kindly consider sending consolidated notifications when fares have been finalised, so users could review and claim if necessary.
The navigation is intuitive & the feature to receive notification for our travel & claims is a great convenience to us.
The travel guide is quite comprehensive as it has a wide range of sub categories based on one’s needs to navigate from one place to another.
I was able to add my most frequent bus stops to the Favourite menu so that I can have ease of reference.
The added bus stops to the Favourites are displayed prominently at the Homepage that saves time for me to navigate to that option. However, hoped that the Favourites menu would be more prominent like say in the Home Page itself for easier access in future.
New year new app interface
Home page UI looks cleaner and shows the frequently used services prominently. Also allows me to set a default card to have a quick view of the recent travel history and shows my favourited bus services on the same home page.
It is convenient for me to add my EZlink cards and credit cards for tracking my travel usage on the app.
Also shows the available balance for my added CEPAS cards at a glance.
Card actions are now more accessible as it is being placed in the bottom right side instead of on the card itself previously. Liked that they showed the list of available card actions in an easy to view format.
I was able to almost immediately receive my fare notification when I tap out of the MRT gantry or alight from bus with my credit card. It would be good if there is fare notification for EZLink cards as well.
