Need app upgrade

The cars or vans provided are clean and new. No issues with usage of cars.

However, the app has lots of bugs and can be improved more. The corner tabs are often difficult to click, thus sometimes unlocking or locking of cars can be frustrating.

Updates of cars available for booking can be made automatically once the date/time is updated, it’s inconvenient to keep pressing to update the available cars once I make changes to the date/time.

Pictures of cars to be added should make it able to add from photo library, it waste time (which means money on the rental) when I can only add by taking pictures from the app.

Reported damages on the car should be made available onto the app instead of paper. This can assist to minimise time looking for damages which have been reported.

There’s already many competitors apps out there, and their app works much better than yours. You guys should do something to upgrade this app if you want stay competitive in this market. Your marketing department should also put effort into replying many of the complains in this review.

Some areas to improve on

When the app first came out I download it without hesitant and the overall progress from booking the car to starting the trip was very hassle free the only problem I have with the app would be went I want to end trip, I was required to take the all 4 side of the car plus the dashboard but went I went to do it the app just immediately went past the submission of photos to the Home Screen and went I try to upload the end trip photos the app just keep on saying error and I was unsure whether my end trip photos was uploaded and this resulting me taking all 4 side of the car multiple times before it was successfully upload to tribecar itself and now whenever I book the car itself I would start on the app and end on the browser instead as I don’t trust the ending the trip on the app as I am afraid I might encounter it again. My suggestion on how to improve the app would be to somehow prevent or block the app from jumping or moving from the end trip photo submission side to homepage only than that issue is solve I would fully use the app as I know that this issue is fix and I don’t have to worry much. Also it would be helpful if the app notify us if we are able to start 30 mins early ( if there is no booking before that ) rather than the user starting 15 mins early as some time the reason why we book early is becoz we are in the rush to go somewhere and we don’t want to late for school or work

So much hurdles

I m from carclub member, during my migration to Tribecar is too complicated. Firstly during my migration using the app from App Store, After the app requested to use my singpass that fine but why they still need my utility for my addresses for prove. Is it my singpass is not enough for the proof of my address?
Why Tribecar need cash topup first and it totally different from carclub. In carclub yes we have deposit but not cash topup than can use the car. Now for your info my deposit at Tribecar is $150 and cash topup is $100, otherwise can’t even go through in my search.
It is so much hassle to search for a vehicle if you dont know the location of the vehicle.
If you need help in the app itself, the app requested for login password so I have given my user and password, than the app mention I had a wrong user and password. Is it have to use another user or password if I need a help.
Or maybe I don’t understand.
I need explanation in here.
There more to come if I had anymore difficulties.
So please make this app a user friendly for customer.
