Convenient and Easy to Use

The UOB SME App is a great tool for business owners as it provides an easy platform to access our corporate accounts on the go. I’m able to manage my company accounts anytime and anywhere, making it easier to manage things with my finance team.

Non intuitive and user friendly

The UOB SME App does not have all the important features such as managing recurring payment.

The interface is not intuitive, they don’t show you an overview of transactions on the first page knowing it’s probably one of the most important and commonly accessible page for their users. you need to click into accounts activities. Furthermore, the way it’s presented is confusing to the users, with a chunk of words and statement dates first instead of transaction dates (I don’t think statement dates should be in the first coloumn, it’s so confusing). They don’t highlight important things like the amount paid or received and by who. They just show a chunk of words that are not easy for users to read at all.

I suggest you explore other sg big bank’s banking apps to think of how to improve your app. Might be beneficial for everyone, considering you are one of the bigger banks in sg.
