Good job to the IT team for quickly resolved the bug that caused the apps unable to view jobs detail.
Now only a small small issue on the WhatsApp. Apps prompted ‘Unable to open WhatsApp’. But it actually can be opened and message sent.
Keep up the improvement.

Updates not working well
Been using the app for half a year. Used to be a great app with good delivery man. After the latest update in Feb, u can’t see the agent contact anymore, meaning you can’t even contact the delivery driver for any last min updates or to check where is their location unless U call in Uparcel hotline to ask individually (hassle for bulk deliveries) of which 8/10 times you will be asked by the machine to leave a msg or email whereby you receive no replies back. But if u are lucky enough, 2/10 times you will be able to speak to a customer service officer when you call in, of which they promise to call u back to check on the location or the delivery Man, also never
The slogan for this delivery app is “track live location” but apparently you can’t even find the delivery agents bcos u can’t even contact them.
The new interface after the update is very messy and confusing too.
They were not helpful
Previously i pickup n delivery the rite item n address last week i contact the seller to return one of th wrong address of parcel n after i completing all delivery few people contact me n ask”have u delivered the this item coz its state as parcel been pickup endup i been scolded even i told them th whole story and they were not helpful but saying im at fault which is yes a part of me didnt check the address properly all they do is”saying my fault n scold” they dont even understand what im saying but bash me n kept passing my number after one an other endup the 3 staff bluetick my text definitely not helpful im dissapointed
